2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
• Secure all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for materials provided to us.
• Respond promptly to requests for approvals, materials, or feedback.

3. Payments

• Fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
• Deposits, if required, are non-refundable.
• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of work.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Final deliverables belong to the client only after full payment has been made.
• Working Files: Drafts, project files, and production assets remain the property of Khyah Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Portfolio Rights: Khyah Studios reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is requested in writing.

5. Revisions and Cancellations

• Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the project agreement.
• Additional revisions or requests outside of scope may incur extra fees.
• In case of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Khyah Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nepal.
